So... after the profits have been insulated by price rise or dividend increase of the stock. Where is the next best profit motive? What calamity to force (politically) important companies to change into more profits (and greed?) Does it have to be a calamity? Does it have to involve the department of defense or the executive branch in some way? Is this paranoia forcing companies to change (because of internal politics) into more or keeping their profitability status the same? What moral does this teach the followers? (my best guess is nothing good.) Calamity before innovation is a recipe for a disaster social structure; not a growth story, this is a cringe story.
