Government Budget Stability; UFO disclosure required

 I wrote a letter to my representatives:  

There is a fundamental crisis that needs to be examined and political stake-hood needs to be stated. Over the last several decades, government revenues have always been threatened without requisite cuts in spending. Balancing the budget is necessary for either to make sense, and the budget includes state and federal debt serving and principal payments. As a business person and aspiring hedge fund manager, I am not pleased with the methods either major political party has pursued government budgeting (even though the compromises seen.) It is as if there is a game of chicken (debt ceiling debacle) and if this “game” results in federal default, the American people (besides me) will hold you accountable at the ballot box or even political registration and alignment. This crisis is more rooted in the expectations of solvency including but not limited to budgeting; likewise, if budgeting cannot be agreed upon, it might be wiser to stake more claims of what an ideal “budget” to the American people would look like.

Keep in mind there is more than just a financial budget, it is about a moral budget. What do either side stand for? Maybe this is a question more suited to the media as it is a failure of (FCC compliant and commercially bribed) media companies of lacking to ask the necessary questions to you, the candidates. This is an American moral failure. I, like other Americans, are tired of being lied to about what the real plan is. Furthermore, what do you think wealth is? Property rights? We Americans need macroeconomic financial certainty for the sake of a libertarian stake of what we can have. Understand there is a human history that shows that the “wealthy and privileged” got stupid before they died; and in Ancient Rome they ruled the Roman empire into ruin, so much so it is biblical. Are you the politician going to learn from this? Are you brave enough? Are you brave enough to stand up to the misers (ultra conservatives and extreme liberals) who will bankrupt a country for petty squabbles?

Likewise, it is of grave concern that since at least World War Two, American companies and the Executive branch might not have been brave enough to disclose an extraterrestrial presence on Earth. Innovation and behaviors resulting from hiding the truth only invites nefarious actors. Additionally, failure to release the resulting inventions to the public has stunted humanity’s proper growth. Dear Representative/senator/governor:

As a business person, economist, and Raleigh, NC voter I am quite peeved and dismayed about congress' and the president's performance on approving default relief. Default as an option is a financial and macroeconomic "nuclear bomb" and I am not pleased that the United States would consider such decision. A lifespan of a nation is far longer than any individual or family; therefore, collective (national) debts are not the same as individual, firm, or familial debts. You, as my representative in congress, might agree that default will not and should not happen; but recent events nationwide and continued threats of a national security nature only heighten the need to approve a higher debt ceiling.

No matter your position, compromise is the only option for both political parties as the national finances are of the nation and not the ego of either political party. You need to place the nation ABOVE your prejudicial and partisan bigotry (financial, not racial bigotry.) Such financial bigotry is the evidence of a war between political factions that aim to destroy, alter, and subjugate republic and/or democratic ideals. Furthermore, it is apparent that there is a plot (class warfare) to cause financial hardship to all who are not of a higher fidelity class and wellbeing. A default would cause multiple industries (including the military industrial complex and government contract creators (pentagon)) to become more fragile in a world with China, Russia, and other more narrowly defined nations to be laughing at us and use us as propaganda as an example of failure. A default would embarrass both major political parties and set the stage of a new major political party to take root and foothold in American politics that might have more foreign money involved that what the average voter (like myself) would not be able to stomach. Lastly it is believed by many that establishment politicians (being in Washington, DC for more than two term cycles are not for American values as per the aforementioned threat. The risk is not worth it.

More junk fees can obfuscate the billing and receipt system therefore making the marketing department's advertisements look more effective. More buyers for the initial boost (like a caffeine high for business revenue.) Junk fees can also be a short term business tactic to boost market share temporarily (as consumers discover there is a different brand) but I do wonder (as probably negatively) the buyer will have about the seller in such tactics. 

 I am a proponent with upfront full disclosures (especially in retail and written contracts.) Junk fees are a nuisance and complicated to enforce as related to expectations and assumptions buyers make about the product or service. 

 Junk fees can also be a "hidden tax" for the sake of law enforcement to collect more than what their state/federal government budgeted for. ("This is a shakedown to ignore the thing that happened last time.") 

I am a proponent for some the real estate fees like title insurance because of real estate fraud is real (especially post closing.)

Thank you for taking the time to contact me about government spending and the debt limit. I appreciate hearing from you. 

On January 19, 2023, Treasury Secretary Yellen informed congressional leaders and the public that the United States hit its statutory debt limit and began using extraordinary measures to continue to issue marketable debt and make government payments in full and on time. Without congressional action to raise or suspend the debt limit, the latest projections indicate the U.S. government will face a formal default in early June. This would mark the first time ever the United States has failed to satisfy its financial and legal debt obligations. 

For too long, Congress has failed to rein in reckless spending, allowing our federal outlays to dramatically exceed revenue. This autopilot approach to spending has ballooned our national debt past $30 trillion, and a continuation of this trend is wholly untenable. For these reasons, I voted against both omnibus funding packages in 2022, as well as the partisan spending spree passed on a party-line basis. [Partisan shill.] These massive packages were all partially financed through continued deficit spending, a strategy that is becoming rapidly more unsound with each increase in interest rates by the Federal Reserve.  

While I strongly believe the federal budget can and must undergo significant restructuring to restore fiscal sustainability, it is likewise undeniable that congressional inaction would trigger an unprecedented default on our debt. [Inaction is your goal?] Trust in the full faith and credit of the federal government would immediately evaporate and touch off an economic crisis of unseen proportions that quickly spills out from U.S. bonds and Treasury-backed markets. [As is planned. As is wanted by many conspiracy theorists and fringe right-wing partisans for the sake of the wealthy individuals they follow (not just Trump.)] This is an unthinkable scenario. [You do not want to think about it OR you just do not want us to think about it?] Given this reality, I will continue to push my colleagues in the House and the Biden Administration to come to the table and negotiate an agreement on the debt limit. [Negotiate faster]

I will continue to use my position in the U.S. Senate to work as a bulwark against the out-of-control spending pushed by the Biden Administration, which has certainly contributed to our current financial predicament. [Letter to Congress] Raise the debt ceiling

 I, tonyotag, wrote a letter to my congress persons and governor to raise the debt ceiling of the United States. Failure to do so would jeopardize the economy both rural and urban alike (all Americans and American affiliated businesses.) With recent security disasters, concerns, and fallout in the last six months (political, environmental, and internationally) it is encouraged you also contact your representatives in government as well about such things. Something is going on and it could lead to a mega bad disaster; if not now, maybe in a year or two. Avoiding a government shutdown and/or default on debt is major and important.

Dear Representative/Senator:

As a business person, economist, and Raleigh, NC voter I am quite concerned and dismayed about congress' and the president's performance on approving default relief. Default as an option is a financial and macroeconomic "nuclear bomb" and I am not pleased that the United States would consider such decision. You, as my representative in congress, might agree that default will not and should not happen; but recent events nationwide and continued threats of a national security nature only heighten the need to approve a higher debt ceiling.

Macroeconomic budgeting IS NOT microeconomic budgeting; however, there is only so many resources that can go around. Due to government shutdown threats in the coming months, I personally have delayed business activity until Washington, DC ends this weak partisan gridlock. Additionally, a confidence crisis for both leaders and working population is affecting the sanity in politics, workers, and managers today (an effect from thin winning margins at the ballot box); a solution of which requires leadership beyond party politics.

Possible solutions are: (1) overhauling No Child Left behind (common core) education (or just getting rid of it) is better as it would create competitive jurisdictional incentives again. (2) a better imaginative political bravery for the sake of negotiation and competition (this will be disinflationary as a side effect of more legal certainty from legislation.) (3) budget according to national non-partisan consensus and not myopic posturing for the “sake of the party/caucus”. (4) environmental policy needs to be inclusive and beyond preservation of nature and include human needs to avoid demographic meltdown.
