I sympathize with the father in this situation in the video because it does seem like the child was physiologically influenced by the mother in the wrong way. Second, there are political forces that are using this as a scapegoat issue. You might think that this is not, and you know your world as gender binary. Quite frankly, yes....99% to 99.99% of babies born are discrete in gender. This issue is just medically and physiologically messy. 

Referenced below is the messiness that between the boarders we live in today. A question that shows that our judicial and executive branches (let alone our perceived notions of what nature can make and thus our politics.) We need better legal and judicial reforms to handle these issues. It is not just gender bending issues; it is zero to adulthood progression and what to do when issues arise. These hit home when there is a crime committed. The video above shows a crime committed, what kind? Paternal or maternal? She or he crazy? Our fractured political system is being used to create lines that were not meant to be harnessed by man....or maybe so? 

These are hard questions to ask, so why ask? Why get us to ask them? Divide and conquer is happening and is the principal method to achieving a scion in this country. Do not get me wrong, I love America, I live in America; but when I see myopic policy harm people though a justice system that is meant to create certainty and used to create political mayhem, then I cannot stand. I must act; and I understand that both the republican and democratic parties are ill-equipped to handle medical and health questions relative to the political motivations of this county. Do not empower them. It is a ruse. 

First, if you want to change your gender at birth to something different; the older you are the more libertarian I get....sure go for that body modification; at or after 18 you get to decide what is below your skin. 

Second, there needs to be a better parents out there. The father is not fully not innocent here. He married her, he impregnated her. The mother is not innocent either, she manipulated the boy (as stated above.) 

Third, there needs to be a better culture of pairing habits for the human race, let along Americans in general. We are, historically, a young nation; it would be a shame for gender issues and bad pairing practices to end up as a political issue that would break us economically. there is only so much political energy and time to go around. Sure, there are disagreements of what priorities are; but the farther away those priority lists are, the more turmoil happens. 

Finally, all this (gender bender stuff) is a ruse. The ruse is to divide and conquer. America is quite fragile right now. Debt to GDP ratio is at an all time high for this country. More debt equals higher interest rates or inflation. More trade restrictions (including tariffs) equals higher interest rates or inflation; especially if republicans espouse the safe and electable route of low unemployment rates. Democrats place more emphasis on domestic policy agendas...wait, what do they stand for? The democratic party just seems more fractured or as fractured as the republican party; or maybe it is the perception we are all being taught though media and sourcing that was planned long ago. Such evidence would make this article too long; but suffice to say, is not the UFO/UAP military industrial complex agenda for global dominance a better topic to reign in than gender identity law? 

Overall, we need better priorities. There needs to be better laws addressing civil and criminal laws related to how we humans grow. Our laws are antiquated on the predication of older medieval England's experiences, American colonial expectations, and special interests that are not medically inclined for the best outcome, socially or for the individual. For starters, the zero though seventeen (minor) laws are too uniform for what we are: human beings. Sure, a child and a teenager are different in intellect, but are treated the same under the law; unless there are states that pass uniqueness into such laws. 

It is of my opinion that the spirit of the law and lawmaking should keep people alive, and not treat them as property. This becomes more tricky as parents can vote, minors cannot. So, the politician will always make the laws that bend towards 18-plus voters. Likewise, babies communication skills are....basic at best; as well as when they are less than four or five years old, what decision about gender should they really have? It is my opinion (and some knowledge) that their decision was made upon genetics; yet, there are some that are born in-between. Laws must be crafted to be careful of not alienating these individuals. Genetic testing, not just of the host material but also guarding against chimerism where the sampling for testing and genetic testing can be...how should I say it....mysterious. (One cell can be of one gender and the other can be of the other; and all be in one body.) So what of the law if science cannot tell due to the complexity of a fetus or baby with chimeric hermaphroditism, of which is very low odds. The odds of one of these births happening is at or less than 1/2000 births (or something very low like that.) If lawmakers can solve this error in law (not the happenings in nature) then I would applaud them, otherwise what use is there to have these debates and sensitivities about gender? 

Yes, this conversation is low. So specialized in the intersection between medicine and practical legal framework for the overwhelming majority of the population that odds of 1/2000 or lower can cause errors in our judiciary; and thus a culture war....? Really, that is too sensitive for the priorities of this country. I feel that the post birth (after one year's old) gender bender medical specialists are abusing the system for profits; espionage operatives or some kind parties makes this a larger issue than what it is; and the people suffer for the sake of a decision that really belongs to the relationship between parents and doctors. We need better leadership to lower the priority to prosecute parents when there is a gender identification dispute because such disputes are too low for these issues to be of cultural importance. Lastly, we need better laws for the judiciary when young children are subject to psychological influence of bending their natural birth gender with genetic and medical confirmation. (There is a special condition related to chimerism here but would make the article too long.)
