****The attorney general is using three measures to compel Apple to comply with iPhone issues
1. The test of the law only applies if the law is broken to injure another party
For example. if you get into a car accident, then the law applies of when where and of what jurisdiction applies to such accident. The same applies with Apple if Apple products such as the iPhone can cause others to break the law in the first place and is why the protections are placed there. The argument of the Attorney General is that the law was broken therefore the first amendment applies; until then, the first amendment does not apply until the law is broken. Flaw; it is a catch-22 and law enforcement will try to get Apple to break the law to get the law to be applied

2. The pentagon and National Security Agency (let alone China) is trying to help the Cabal to break into your iPHone; legally we are slaves until all debts are paid.
The war on terrorism is necessary to break the free-riding that the Cabal sees that we as "humans" are using to gain a way to go to heaven and be comfortable with our lives. Terrorism uses the idea of private property to achieve its goals; yet all of our families in America requires a private life to propagate. Privacy is the centerpiece of the war on peace.

3. When Apple got the grant or others who got such grant did it not sign a conscription agreement with the military for its technology?
