*Yes this is a very clear answer. The insurance company should pay. If the insurance company does not pay; then, I would expect a trial to favor the plaintiff movie theater of not being honored in the signed contract. 

**Of contract law and insurance I would expect the company to pay. Unless the insurance company can prove in court that COVID-19 is a conspiracy theory (lie) or something.
