*O, yes, I know Chase Bank can do way better for General User Interface. 

**** This is what happened in 1997:
Manager: "Dilbert, have you finished programming the Buisness Credit Card System?"
Dilbert Engineer: "the database yes, the general user interface has some bugs..."
Manager: "Great, publish it."
Dilbert Engineer: "but, we need more time..."
Manager: "mmmm, time? Just publish it we will fix it later."
