It might make good business since from a paperwork and price (shareholder) perspective; but not value of life (human) perspective.) Managers (of business and geopolitical; up and down the chain of command) must take this principle into account for ALL FACTORS of a business (let alone the moral and logistical effect that governance may have on such technology.)
