*****And the World Turns....I also know that If Clinton was indited then the FBI would be going against the Executive branch anyway due to this logic: Clinton was a cabinet member, therefore had the same or near-same responsibility as the president of the united states and could decide on where information would go for her to make decisions as a cabinet member, if not, then inform the president on the decisions she made. The email server was, sketchy, but not illegal because it is not covered in the constitution about how to receive vital information to make decisions; therefore it is possible it is covered by the law that congress makes for the president (and the president would sign in or veto-override.) If the FBI approved an indictment, then Clinton would have been the first example of a publicly appointed position member by a direct to respond public employee voted into office (Obama/President) that would face criminal charges for infomation mishandling. Such as a first would not be a problem for me, but would be a problem for future and current cabinet members because the FBI would then be labeled Big-Brother and the Orwellian state stooges supporting anti-terrorism.
***The lesson, be more careful setting up email servers; the law is sketchy but important to follow. Besides, computers can be programmed to control such things.
