These kleptocrats/plutocrats are hypocritic-pirates stealing from the general masses of the United States via their government and hiding it in accounting and finance. It is financial tyranny and this situation deserves its own phrase of government so humanity does NOT do this again. Give the money directly to the people so they can do what they want. governance does NOT equal government; government is a tool we all have as an action from the way we govern our selves internally, externally, collectively, and individually. )
