Did the Cabal move the hurricane to protect oil tankers?? Did the Cabal move the Jet Stream or air flow of the Northern Hemisphere over North America to protect the oil tankers??

Then they moved the Hurricane to hit the south again??...
The likelihood is low because there are tankers all over the ocean and gulf region in the bloomberg graphic in the video link above; but, I do wonder why sometimes.
