Defense issue: the defendant said the dog was safe, not that he would not bite. The dog was safe for the defendant as the meaning of "safe." The airline and Jackson are at fault of not getting clarification of that the dog would "not" bite.
The lawsuit is needed for the court to find and answer for this terminology per what a reasonable person would ask.
