This is a great example of dead weight producer loss per decision. Where for every possible action, there is a reaction to reduce costs as much as possible for the next supplier tier. Demand from the retailer to the manufacturer as the supplier wants each profit margin there for it is only a way and legally binding with shareholders to make the profit happen or management be penalized with lower asset values. So the looser becomes the inverse supplier where utility is part of the supplier's function of likeability to the work itself is the labor as supplied. This isis the great economic debate and debachel of our age and of ages past. In fact it is the same complaint of communists alike where they notice the pattern of contracts infringing on the labor supplied but only giving advantage to the managers or the brand. Thus the idea is as age old as the farm as it uses the same masonic and babalonian conceptional ideas of "let the other work for me and only to my satisfaction." We can see many stories of this in the old testament of farm based labor being contracted out at production unit rates. (Citation needed.) Overall, technology can close the gap by obsoleting the labor yet only the ownership will be left behind. Therefore, an alchemic tool is the only answer to close this supply chain dead weight loss; the problem is of what tool?
