Why start Marshall law? If your country is an advertisement then it would be natural to give the most accurate corporate experience. Especially with the humans as cattle stock just like labour slaves; especially with the spirit realm treating earth just like an amusement park ride (or us as humans and sprit is disgusted just the same as I.) Or in any other case, an operation of whom's size cannot be stopped so fast because the momentum of such an operation is so large that they must continue to spend the money that way; or the sheeple have little resources including time to stop such idiotic action from butchering the children generation of God: millienals. Or they are there to fulfill a future of of what all were promised before they were born: a ride for their lives (incliding their souls.)
Lastly, why not, God only gives the rich and the poor of what they built together: a plan of pain to pummel the ideas into our minds of what we do to the other countries' of the world, that is what we become of bad beaucracy.
