**Why be anonymous: landlord does not want to be murdered because crazy tenant wanted to "talk" to them.
*18/63 tenant building might be existing because of health, construction code, or practicality of whole building eviction for remediation. The only other reason the landlord keeps it is to leverage it with a lender (private or otherwise.)
*Eric might not have been the landlord, he might have just been an employee or 1099 worker. Real Estate is a licensed and owner based industry and therefore has many 1099 workers rather than w-2 workers [IRS code]
*investors want a return on their property, why invest into new housing when there are onerous laws on the next marginal investment (including upkeep of property?)
*LLC anti-anonymous laws for real estate are ok but do create communication issues.
*I do agree with the premise of this video; but a law with limited language with "LLC" will have a loophole if passed to allow another corporates type to own the property.
