This is a UFO with a tracking ID (zkgdg) as described by the reporter. if the ID is true then why is it register? It might be a Unacknowledged Secret Project air craft of the secret goverment. Why else would an extraterrestrial civilization would allow their equipment to be picked up on our equipment? Truthfully, it might be under treaty or contract OR it might be some kind of Earth based program.
