That is not Trump's secret weapon. Legalizing marijuana and opening up hemp growth is already being legalized; the only reason they want it illegal in the first place is to tax it.

3rd legalize it with taxes (with regulations as much as possible to make sure everyone is in line, lines mean some sort of ticket sales)
