Stop the inconsistency of licensed lawyers and agency law per prosecution

The best stipulation that can be generated by my comment would be if and only if the lawyer (prosecutor or defendant) or judge has an invested interest of monetary value as an investment before or after the fact of truth in court of law that the person has committed the crime per guilty verdict. In other-words, the agency law that a law licence would convey is no ill gotten games from the conviction of the person AND those who hold a licence to practice law says to seek the truth and not profit from conviction decisions of the court (jury or otherwise) as would convey malpractice (at least.) Those who practice law would only be able to charge hours or already agreed upon contract prices for labor provided (per salary, hourly wage, etc...). But again, NO Financial instruments for shenanigans with human labor of convicted illegal behavior (civil or criminal;) only to those people who have directly been affected (victims of crimes OR plaintiffs' (who are commonly are victims of crimes) claims on civil lawsuits.)
