SCOTUS takes up Trump's Financial Records Dispute Dispite Paradox Plan

*****What is the paradox plan?
The Paradox Plan is a cabal style or cabal plan to make Americans Choose between two choices that suck. Think about the idea that financial records issue (and tax filings) going in front of the SCOTUS means in the long run of the law.

If the timing of the impeachment is correct to be before the SCOTUS hearings and/or decision then we can assume that there is a plan to make sure that the president cannot be impeached again due to SCOTUS declaring that the financial records can be and should be relased as the supeanas read per due diligence of law (even if re-reviewed again at the lower court);

 OR,

If the timing of the impeacement is correct to be after the SCOTUS hearings and/or decision then we can assume that there is a plan to make sure that the president can be impeached again due to the SCOTUS declaring that the financial records can be and should be releaed as the supeans read per due diligence of law (even if re-reviewed again at the lower court.)

Finally, if the SCOTUS deems that the president's tax and financial records are NOT RELEASABLE then Trump has a good clear political win. Timing does not fully matter as this is the best scenario that Trump wants.

Likewise, Trump's opposition is gambling with the odds of a SCOTUS ruling in favor of financial records release. Democrats and never Trumpers should consider the odds of such a case setting precedent not in their favor...even with a win. If SCOTUS rules in favor of financial records release (of any kind that shows possible wrong doing even at a local or state (but not a federal) level,) then Trump loses but at what cost from the timing of the ruling? If the ruling happens during the general election AND in favor of Trump, but during or after impeachment (unlikely during impeachment from the article) then it is likely that double jeopardy will be argued for non-release of records. If SCOTUS rules for financial records release and after impeachment trials then it is likely that the second round of impeachment trials will happen again due to new evidence. (no matter what this will hurt the Democrats nationally as the issue is seen as never ending harassment of one party to another.)
