*I would like to see a half hour discussion on why negative rates are not good. I agree that Negative interest rates are not good. Lets not have negative rates.

Lets have a Federal Based UBI so that all taxpayers that file (just like in the CARES act) get an emergency Universal Basic Income due to deflation risk. No Deflation, just print the money.
