private sector charities can be used in evil ways. It is just a tool. It is a persuasion tool for loyalty. Loyalty is the factor that many people go with in ways to market (like a resume or cv) to demand-ers of the service or good. Favoritism of a tool versus demonization of a tool is itself a way to control the resource base for the means to an end. Who's end, those who control the tool. A business and goverment can be though of a social system. The social systems with different goals may clash; therefore, a determinable power of decision must be made. Who is to make the decision? What is the decision to be made?
Is not a wide statistical survey, such as voting, to be a best fit compromise of the population, every so often in time, to find the best consensus? I do see that if there is not voting and just private enterprises, then those enterprises would become the governing bodies that would clash eventually as they too have a social system.
