the goal is an old operation happening from the 1800's. it is a chain reaction (with or without active parties today) as the effect of information manipulation to affect the enforcement and interpretation of the bill of rights. They want to make the bill of rights defunct because it is an embarrassment to foreign nations (whom have more stricter laws) to look at such rights that exist over there (in America.) So, why not just poke a nest of righteous individuals or commit espionage acts to influence the politics in order to get rid of or weaken the laws of America (constitutional or not.)
