the point of the health care act (obamacare) is to be non-profit with individual insurance or even with low margins profit insurance. This is only due to many ill of health people being pushed out from providing labor and/or individual plans; the profit is there but only if the system is understood to be of at a macro level, not of a product by product level type design.
