They want to tread lightly as if the USD market is failing them? The Wealthy must be buying politicians to regulate another market. Keep it unregulated and watch GDP go up. The government already taxes it so...that is the trade off. Taxation without regulation is enough.
(The only regulation needed is clear disclosure laws, not more red tape.)
