US Supreme Court Will Take up a case like this soon (Within 3-10 years)
Why? Because multiple state supreme courts are ruling against ALJ's as executive branch and the constitutional duty of keeping the branches of goverment separate AND equal.

The Wisconsin case shows that multiple states will have difference in opinion of what is allowable in executive branch to interpret the rule.

Yet, is it not the question: Should the Executive branch interpret the law? What about separation of powers?

Overall, think about what is and is not the case with today's politics of boarders; Should the executive branch be interpreting who is legal and illegal? An arrest is a question of innocence not a fact of guilt. it is a question of bring upon the question to a legal interpreter of the facts and law...a judge. Therefore are Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) of immigration and customs enforcement nothing more than an sham* upon the constitutional duty of the branches to stay separate AND equal?

ALJ's are a sham because you think it is a judge but it is just a political way of saying it is nothing more than the executive branch versus a true judicial branch.
