Another Way to change the Electoral College Without a Compact:
Three Changes are needed to the constitution of the united states for better statistics to the population ratio than currently exists:
1. Five years instead of 10 year Census to update the population (late 1700 and 1800's technology is no match to the movement power of the 20th and 21st centuries.) Update the population therefore update the Electoral College Faster
2. Three Senators Per state, One elected every two years and serve 6 year terms. (This is to better gauge political momentum per state besides governor's election cycle.
3. Have more house representatives, how many more is a debate. In short, maybe 10x the reps in congress from 435 to 4350 house reps.
In total, if the changes surpass then: 4350 + 150 = 4500 Electoral votes with 2251 Electoral Votes to Win. (One negative is that gerrymandering might get weirder. Another negative is a serious upgrade to the US Capital building.)
