Why not? It is not as if these rumors on the internet were not from the 1960' and 1970's.
It is evidenced by the idea that people cannot be trusted. it is the mental disease of the Eastern and European Families generations ago that targeted (what they view) as a stain on the world: "human rights," "dignity," and the bill of rights.
