I work in a business that does not allow 3 consecutive days off unless paid time off is used. The reason, the job has many detractors with low pay. Why not have more days off? The employee is using the employer for money and time to upgrade their resume to leave the job, thus created a war-of-attrition. If employee leave job then who will do the work? If employee gets hired for something else, then who else will do the work?
