3 simple things: Census every five years instead of ten (more accurate electoral college approportionment) Three Senators per state, six year terms (more accurate electoral college AND better temperature taking of the politics per state by the forces of politics, etc...) 1500 to 6000 house of representative members (to spread the electoral college; size is debatable upon the states per Madison's idea of 50,000 people per representative ideal.)[Yes, this would require amending the constitution of the United States]
