*"ghost recs" or "fake job" postings are iffy depending on the legal justification.
-freedom of speech? yes if it is true. False information is harder to justify under the first amendment of US constitution.
-SEC violation? probably for public corporations, but maybe for private business...? (there probably needs to be a SEC review about fake job postings.)
-employment law violation?, maybe depends on state law rather than federal.
