They are preparing

At where I work, they placed these signs in the ground several weeks...months ago. In of what preparation? Of what manager did the planting or approved the purchase contract? There are four different signs in color only but the same message as pic'd below. The parking lot is in the background and is very vast. Large enough for space craft? Why are the signs facing the building? For a post NESARA world, for a post apocalyptic world,military-martial law purposes, why the signs indeed? Why the signs for such a vast place? We have not used them as far as I know because of mandatory overtime at the call center I work at (ug...florescent lights.) And our managers have not talked about them (although they can keep secrets as they are human too.) The call center is a low civilian based operation probably not funded by the pentagon and is a second party partner of the primary products-services they serve.
