* elites are paranoid. That is how they got wealthy in the first place so they are going to do what made them wealthy in the first place: be paranoid. Their plan is to become the governance of the world. Tools of the governance is with debt, rents, and "allowed speech" (censorship.) This was planned since the late 1800's or very early 20th century because of their perceived notions of failures of human behavior and lack of faith of sharing human dignity.
