*How to communicate to leadership about curious nature as a human skill? Without going though bachelors degree/masters degree? Without authoritarian backing, neglect, or resistance? Is the curious skill being harvested to death by our society? Is hubris reliquary the proper management skill to manage those with a curious nature? (probably not.)
What is the proper management for fostering such a system? Leave people alone, let nature and evolution take its course. Have a program for reward of such findings (like state sponsored and protected invention system (patent program.)) Allow society to criticize itself.
