Legislators, Human Resources of Law Enforcement and Executives. You are placed on notice to change your managers and practices of enforcing the will of the citizens and the responsibility of accurate accounting and minimizing expenses of the natural monopoly called the State, Union, and Country. Your practices have imbalanced the counting mechanism that was suppose to become the addition of the light to the universe and instead your lack of imagination, greed, and arrogance to use the state and market at your will in exchange of freedoms have been added to the list of useless jobs for the new economy of the next world. (Including but not exclusive of overcrowding our prisons.)
You must reform our police branches' goals and mindset of our paid ""law" enforcement" regimes.
