A new target to free the people of the planet from targeting thugs. 1985 decisions were nessarry due to annuniki decisions but overall people of the planet need a direction and one that is blessed by the light. Future planning commities are only of so much light that using current human bodies that the dark can infiltrate. Voting and decision processes can be gamed (as if of any other stock market) yet paranoia is itself the planner's paradigm especially when mixed with love.

I understand feeding the world is important but the ocean's ecosystems are just as important. Here in s a biology lesson, there was an island of deer. They were hunted down to a sizable population, then they made more deer over the years that was hunted as well. Unfortunately the population became so large and venicin prices were too low for producers due to an overabundance that the deer population began to crash from low natural food stocks. Human intervention for food or vetiniarian supplies would only taint the meet or harm the environment in some other way, the deer population then went to a low number and never fully recovered due to human taste and human development on the island that eventually happened.
---as a warning do not let the same thing happen to the fish of the ocean on a global scale! Sustainability is paramount.
