Probably funded, probably by Clinton's buyer. Clinton is a lobbyist. She is a lawyer and therefore if she was bought as a lobbyist to sell to the American people, then... are we being sold; OR We are being played as fools because even Hillary did not know until start of 2014...?! of the ordeal of ISIL funding mechanisms.
