reply: it is about how it (all of this) is disclosed at this point. why, because secrets create profits and the portfolio managers want to take in as much as possible before disclosure happens. Reality is, if anyone in public office or an officer of the goverment or law enforcement thereof, the truth must be disclosed for moral reasoning of the law for full contemplation per investments made by present and future investors. (ie..quit being greedy by being so secretive)
