It is entirely possible that these networks are common of and by the cabal leadership and henchmen; OR, there are copycats who try to mimic the ultimately successful crap that the cabal has put on to build family wealth, power over others, and ultimate dominion. That is at least what they wish to think. I know it is entirely plausible that this crackdown on Zhou Yongkang and his network could be coming from either side as a way to:
- confuse the enemy (cabal leadership)
- take down a player in the cabal (or a player the cabal is trying to take out)
- make him an example of what not to do
Note that the only important industry (not that of defense/security) is that of petroleum industry.
I have not followed this line of stories so much, but is interesting to so how wide the circle has become.
