Agreed. Trust of our communities armed and executive forces are important for some form of law enforcement; for the idea that predictability is necessary anyway. Directly, it should be noted that human resources and management are indirectly responsible for their employees in the field; and as a cost control measure, all law enforcement must use the highest judgment possible to maintain the lowest cost of enforcing the law as possible to all parties. Likewise, we must understand that no one really want to "break the law" and is possible just a lack of some form of love or kindness that must be applied to all parties. Most importantly, is not the military only suppose to have the military grade equipment when law enforcement is only suppose to have minimal based human controlled mechanisms of which we the people pay for? I wonder why the military grade equipment must be part of such law enforcement when the homeland and global peace efforts are becoming more true everyday? Is it that someone is earning a commission? Or those who are of the state have a plan to control the people at some kind of time? It is only a question but looks less likely and probably a no every day. In truth, the political and wealthy classes should have done such things to purge these kinds of payments and focused on increasing the quality of life for all peoples anyway.
